From a street view you may never know, this industrial factory secludes a green living oasis. We actually have three secluded separate roof gardens. 2,500 sf. total garden area with the main garden approximately a 1,000 sf. 25 ft * 40 ft. Plus there are vistas from the upper garden viewing downward. Freight Elevator goes to the roof garden. We even had a fisher camera dolly & 25ft. boom arm camera via the elevator setup in the garden. For production people looking for divergent & distinctive separate spaces at the same four-story location we offer multiple film shoot locations- accessed with our freight elevator. We have had people combined several spaces towards their project. The content of your project possibility can be more than shooting in one space. Just reach out to us with your production needs.
