Tucked above the spiral stairs and overlooking the library below, you'll find a hidden Murphy bed behind a stunning Pecky Cypress wood wall. This unique space has been used for production shoots requiring a bedroom setup and includes a nearby kitchen. Plus, it offers direct access to the rooftop garden, making it a versatile and charming location for your next project.

Tucked away upstairs, this unique Murphy bedroom is perfect for shoots that require a cozy bedroom setup. It’s just steps away from a fully equipped kitchen and leads directly to the rooftop garden, this versatile space blends privacy, charm, and functionality.

  • Empty stage in a rustic, industrial-style venue with colorful lighting, stools, and minimal decorations.

    Loading Dock

    Double-truck entrance with a loading dock garage and stainless steel freight elevator with LED lighting on a retractable pulley system for customizable setups, and a curb cut opening directly onto a city park view.

  • A cozy indoor space with wooden shelves filled with books and various potted plants. There is a wooden table with chairs, and windows allowing sunlight to brighten the room. Shelves along the wall and windows hold numerous small potted plants, mainly succulents and cacti.

    Vintage Library

    The 300 sq. ft. soundproof room, suitable for interviews and audio recordings, has 10 ft. tin ceilings, south-facing windows with natural light and park views, and second-layer windows for improved acoustics.

    Over 2,500 sq. ft., including a main garden of and upper levels, we have stunning vistas overlooking the city, all are accessible via freight elevator.
